Per-phase rollup — the process-improvement view

n is how many sessions recorded activity at that phase; every other column is a total across those sessions, live and archived — not a per-session average, and not windowed. ★ target = the phase with the most time waiting on you and the most input → automate/streamline first.

Archived sessions — process history

A session with no events for over 7 days is archived: it leaves the lane board above but stays in every figure here and in the per-phase rollup. Cleaning the board never discards the measurement.

Every one is a signal the harness emits: goal=session milestone tag · brainstorm=/brainstorming skill · openspec=new openspec/changes/ folder · plan=tasks.md written · execute=first code commit · test=test runs · PR=gh pr create · PR green=gate marker · merge=merge+deploy · verify=live-verification report · cleanup=/cleanup. Work time, token counts and input counts come from session telemetry.
